What should be paid attention to during routine maintenance of small-caliber ultrasonic heat meters?

Small-caliber ultrasonic heat meter is what we often say is the household ultrasonic heat meter. Its main function is to measure heat. So what knowledge do we need to master about the daily maintenance of small-caliber ultrasonic heat meter?

　　 For this problem, our technical staff gave the following suggestions:

　　 1. After installation and use of the ultrasonic heat meter, it is necessary to make regular patrols to check whether it operates normally. When the flow rate is significantly reduced and the heating is affected, the filter should be drained and cleaned.

　　 2. When the LCD screen of the ultrasonic heat meter is not displayed or is unclear, check whether the ultrasonic heat meter is obviously damaged or whether the battery is charged. If it cannot be processed, it needs to be returned to the factory for processing.

　　 3. The use environment of the ultrasonic heat meter is B environment (-25～55℃). If the installation environment does not meet the requirements, such as water immersion, high humidity, low temperature, etc., causing damage to the ultrasonic heat meter, avoid using it in the above environment.

4. When the inlet water temperature sensor fails, it will display 1E on the LCD screen, and when the same return water temperature sensor fails, it will display 2E on the LCD screen. At this time, you need to check whether the temperature sensor is obviously damaged, or return Factory processing.
