DN15-DN25 Water Meter Test Bench

This water meter test bench is used to test water meters according to the relevant international standard ISO 4064 to determine their compliance. 6m per row dn15, 5m per row dn20, 4m per row dn25 or dn32, 1m per row dn40 or dn50

pressure test:

i) Select the same size connector, push the control valve (1) to clamp the water meter;

ii) Open ball valve (2), open ball valve (3), open ball valve (4), open ball valve (7);

iii) Unscrew the pressure test handle (6), wait for 20 seconds, then close the ball valve (7), close the ball valve (4), and then close the ball valve (3);

iv) Twist the pressure test handle (6) to close it slowly, observe the pressure gauge (8) until the required pressure is reached, then close the needle valve (5) and wait for the required pressure test time;

v) After the pressure test, close the ball valve (2), close the ball valve (4), close the ball valve (7), open the ball valve (3), and reduce the pressure to zero;

If only doing a pressure test, pull the control valve (1) and release the water meter; or continue
