Dn40 Volumetric Water Meters

A DN40 volumetric water meter is a type of flow meter that is designed to measure the volume of water passing through a pipe with a diameter of 40mm (DN40) over time. These types of meters are commonly used in residential, commercial and industrial applications to monitor water consumption and flow rates.

Volumetric water meters work by measuring the displacement of water as it flows through the meter's chamber. The meter contains a measuring chamber with a known volume, which fills and empties as water passes through it. The number of times this process occurs over a given period of time is then used to calculate the total volume of water that has passed through the meter.

DN40 refers to the nominal diameter of the pipe, which is the internal diameter of the pipe measured in millimeters. In this case, the pipe has a nominal diameter of 40mm.

Measuring the volume of cold portable water passing through the pipeline. Also suitable for pure water

Operating Condition

The Max.Admissible water pressure 1.6MPa.

Resisting water temperature: 50℃.
