Brief introduction
Ultrasonic water meter is a new type of water meter that detects the time difference caused by the change of velocity when the ultrasonic beam propagates in the opposite direction of the water, and analyzes and processes the flow rate of water to further calculate the flow of water.
Overview
An ultrasonic water meter is a device used to measure the flow of water in a pipe or water supply system. It uses ultrasonic waves or sound waves to determine the volume of water that flows through it. Ultrasonic water meters are highly accurate and efficient and work by emitting sound waves through the water and measuring the reflection of these waves. The data collected is then translated into flow rate, volume of water consumed or water flow velocity. Unlike traditional water meters, ultrasonic water meters are low maintenance and have no moving parts, which makes them highly durable.
