Communication and serve platform
1. Does the GPRS wireless water meter need a concentrator or a collector?
No, because the GPRS wireless water meter uses the existing GPRS communication tower for data transmission, which is similar to the mobile phone signal transmission.
2.How many Lora water meter can be connetted into one concentrator?
At present, the maximum carrying capacity of one concentrator is
500 pieces.
Considering the actual installation density of the community, generally speaking, it will be much lower than this number.
3.What data can the platform collect from water meters?
At present, our platform can collect accumulative flow rate, battery voltage, upload time on the water meter, and ultrasonic LoRa can also collect instantaneous flow rate.
4. How does the concentrator transmit data?
The concentrator needs 220V power supply and uses GPRS to transmit data to the PC platform.
5. How about the transmission distance?
The distance of LoRa data transmission is mainly affected by the actual installation environment. In relatively spacious transmission environment, the transmission distance can reach 1000-1500 meters.
Generally speaking, the concentrator will be installed at the commanding heights of the community.

6.How do you know that the water meter is out of order and there is no data to return?
First, we can check the alarm function on the platform to see that the water meter has no data return, and then check the installation environment to see if there is obvious damage, and can use the initiative to trigger the water meter to be on-line way.
7. Is the platform free? Can it pay in advance?
It is free, and the administrator can pre-charge the amount of money
