The sensors mainly include temperature sensors and pressure sensors, which are located at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline and the water outlet of the piston respectively. They are used to measure the temperature and pressure of the liquid, respectively, and then transmit the information to the PLC and software system in time. The control system has multiple protections and sound and light alarms, such as low air pressure alarm, low water tank liquid level alarm, etc.
The temperature measurement range of the temperature sensor in this device is (0~100) ℃, and the accuracy grade is A; the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor is (0~1.6) MPa, and the accuracy grade is not lower than 0.5%. The software of this device is written in Visual Studio C#, using Microsoft ACCESS database, the detection process can be written into the database, and the user can modify the control process according to different permissions.
