· IC card water meter display does not display numbers

1. Battery is dead: in order to save power, the water meter screen usually does not display data, after using the IC card to wake up, you will see the water meter display: the purchase of water, residual water, cumulative water consumption and other parameters. If the water meter is still not displayed, first consider whether the IC card water meter has power, and you need to go to the property management or the water meter manufacturer to replace the battery.

2. Damage to the electronic parts of the display: Confirm that it is not the battery problem, which may be the damage of the electronic parts of the display. Users can take the smart water meter to the property management department or the water meter purchasing manufacturer for maintenance, and use the mechanical part of the water meter to read.

· IC card water meter always close valve alarm

Check whether a low pressure symbol appears on the display. Because the display does not necessarily represent sufficient battery power, we need to check whether there is a low-voltage symbol of battery on the IC card water meter display screen, which is generally a sign of battery, and then see whether the IC card is in arrears. Eliminate these two problems, is the IC card water meter itself has a fault, need to contact the water company or water meter manufacturers for replacement and maintenance.

· IC card recharge does not accumulate, the screen display water consumption and the base table display value is not consistent.

May be the following reasons: 1, moisture failure, circuit board caused by moisture failure; 2. Problems in software programming; 3. The sensor installed on the IC card water meter is faulty. Contact the water company or meter manufacturer for replacement and maintenance.

· The words "lock off valve" appear on the IC card water meter display screen

IC card water meter show lock valve three words, that the water meter was attacked by the outside world. When there is a magnetic field or strong vibration outside, the water meter will automatically close the valve, you need to go to the property related department to unlock.

·IC card water meter ball valve/ceramic valve still leaks after closing the valve

If the sealing ring is worn or aged, replace the sealing ring.

The battery is low and needs to be replaced.

·IC card water meter electric valve/solenoid valve valve closed valve

The water inlet hole is blocked, or the reduction mechanism is stuck, and the diaphragm or reduction mechanism needs to be cleaned.

·IC card water meter electric valve/solenoid valve valve does not operate

The battery has no power or low voltage, it just doesn't have enough power to drive it.
